Dave was a breath of fresh air throughout the whole process. He treated this process as if he was buying the home himself with the amount of care, communication, negotiation, and help/advice he gave. I knew a few things about the process but working with Dave my knowledge truly expanded and I gained much confidence with the process. Dave knew about everything from attaining grants, getting extra funding, and so much more. I would recommend Dave to anyone on any level (big or small home) who is interested in buying a home or selling. We viewed close to 30-40+ homes and some looked good but I was a bit picky. Dave was patient and kept looking with an open mind and positive attitude. If I could rate Dave 100 stars I would and if I could describe how good of a realtor he is, I would be sitting here for a while. Look no further, Dave is the man!
