Dave will fight for you

Dave is very knowledgeable about the market. He was almost always available to make time for home showings at a moments notice - day or night. He definitely was on my side and willing to fight for me to get me into the house I wanted at the price I wanted. He's also easy to talk to and ask questions, etc.
