Met David when he was the listing agent for the client from whom we bought our first house in Princeton. He was aggressive and imaginative when it came to presenting our houses -- use of all social media, suggesting clean-ups and fixes, help with staging, adding details that impress a potential buyer and eliminating those that might discourage one. Its tough to sell houses these days and he was tireless to get the traffic to our home. His knowledge of the market in this region is extensive; his judgement regarding pricing is highly honed and reliable. Two other things: a lot of agents are impossible to reach and won't respond to calls; he is diligent and responsive. Plus, he's a really great guy. We like him as a friend and have stayed in touch even after the deal is done. Both my wife and I recommend him without reservation, and will come to him again should we sell our present home.
