I’m David Schultheis, and Kentucky has always been where my heart is. Although I spent much of my childhood in Indiana after my family moved there when I was five, I eventually found my way back to the Bluegrass State. In 2010, I ventured to Texas for a new chapter, but after eight years, homesickness led me back to the one place that truly makes me happy—Kentucky.
I pursued my passion for mechanical engineering at IUS and Purdue, but in 2000, I discovered something that changed my life—farming. I fell in love with the land, raising goats, cattle, horses, hay, and even running a successful U-pick strawberry farm. The connection to the land was exhilarating, and it sparked a passion that continues to drive me today.
Over the past 30 years, my journey has centered around buying, selling, and transforming properties. For the last 20 years, I’ve focused on flipping farms and ranches—a challenging yet deeply rewarding pursuit. I’m always on the lookout for the perfect combination of wooded and pasture land. My extensive experience on the buyer’s side has taught me what it takes to be a great agent—I know the questions you’ll have and the details you need to make confident, informed decisions.
My goal is simple: to help clients find exactly what they’re looking for, whether it’s my listing or not. Real estate is one of life’s biggest decisions, and I believe you should never feel pressured to settle for convenience. I’ll work tirelessly to ensure you find a property that truly fits your needs.
I genuinely care about your real estate dreams, and I’m here to make them a reality. Feel free to reach out with any questions or to discuss your next move—I’m here to help!
