We loved working with David!David helped us find a house that we just closed on. We started looking 6 months ago just to get an idea of what we wanted, but quickly (and unexpectedly) found a new build that we ended up going under contract on. David worked hard to make sure that we had all the information we needed to make decisions along the way.Although the build process drew on longer than expected, David helped ensure that we had the latest information from the builders, and was always an advocate for us: making sure that we were able to close as quickly as possible.We wouldn't have wanted to go through this without David. We'll definitely reach back out to his team when we have another real estate transaction to pursue.
