Persistence for the win!

This one was a tougher sale due to the competition we had in the area. It took a lot of negotiation with buyers for quite a bit of time to get this one done, but in the end Dave got me as close to the price I wanted as possible and got me really good closing terms. This one was tough but Dave performed at the highest level of service to help me sell this house.
