Very Creative Strategies

David St. Germain was our realtor during the down turn in the housing market. In spite of that he did an outstanding job of marketing our home. So that we would be helped in making our decisions, he consistently provided us with detailed data of prospective clients and listings of similar homes on the market. He thoroughly researched the market and had very creative strategies. Always very friendly, helpful and especially customer service oriented. He is incredibly trustworthy & responsible. We never had concerns nor feel worried about his handling of our property. We highly recommend David St Germain. You'll never be disappointed.
