We all want a timly response to your questions & situations as they develop, he's there. Works with you finding additional services for cleaning, maintenance, inspections, water testing, ect. Like i said you can trust him to get it done. He also has a great photographer who works with him for the best pictures.

I received regular electronic updates on the performance of the listing as well as emails and calls from David to discuss how things were going and how to move forward. He followed up with leads and was able to determine the strength of potential buyers so I was able to make informed decisions about offers.
