Very Professional and knowledgeable!

David was amazing. When we sold our home he was super responsive and available. He was very aware of the changing market and what we needed to do to help our house sell at a great price and without any delay. He handled our leased Solar Contract with No problems. I actually had to do some repairs and he had the knowledge of how to do the repairs and assisted in every way he could which I thought went above and beyond. We thought so much of David that we hired him to sell our other home, and to purchase the home we live in today on a contingency of the home sale of our house on Carol Ave. He has since sold our sons home. If we ever need to sell again, I know that I will be calling David Ryan. Thank You David.
