David is all one can hope for in an experienced agent. Knows our counties (Sonoma and Mendocino) extremely well. A great negotiator and skilled at property management. I use him for both. Oh and did I say fun? because this process can be stressful, It's invaluable to have someone who is quick-witted and kind-hearted. As busy as things get for all of us these days he's always on top of it with a text or call back. Highly recommend
