I met David at an open house, and liked him instantly. My realtor wasn’t working out for me, so I gave David my criteria. The next day he sent me several listings. A few I had already seen, but there was one new one, so we made an appointment to look at it. It ended up being the one! We knew we had to act fast, David made suggestions and guided me through the offer process. He stayed up late to complete all the necessary forms and the next day my offer was accepted. He responds quickly to emails or texts, and follows up on outstanding issues. He had suggestions for home inspectors, and contractors to get estimates to address some of the issues identified. He shows up on time, is smart, friendly, a good listener and communicator, funny and straightforward. I am so happy I went into the open house.
