Dave was very easy to work with. He helped us buy and sell a house. During the house search he was able to quickly understand what we were looking for and helped narrow down the tons of houses to what would fit our needs. He was timely in all communications, both phone and email. During the selling and buying process he was able to walk us through step by step. He was definitely a team player in looking out for our best interest. He made suggestions that we could decide whether we moved forward with the suggestion or not. I would work with Dave again should the opportunity arise.
