David is just wonderful!

I found David after dealing with 2 other realtors and it just wasn’t going anywhere. After a few months of dealing with let downs and tears I began to lose hope. Then David comes into the picture and he was so kind and positive. He let me know he would help me get my first home. At this point I wasn’t enthused, but we tried. I was in Pennsylvania and trusting him blindly with finding the perfect home for my family and I. At a moment where I lost all hope and told David I was done trying, it seemed to push the drive in him more. He managed to find me a new construction under my budget! I let go and let God. David is an amazing man. He was kind and listened to me and what I wanted. I am so grateful to David for his help. I am still in shock and seem to have not been hit with the reality that I am now a home owner (maybe when that first mortgage payment is due it’ll hit me lol). Either way thank you David from the bottom of my heart, you kept true to your word and got me a house!
