In conveying the plan he developed for marketing my mother’s home, he did so in a careful, patient manner -- one that brought her comfort, assurance and peace of mind following her decision to re-locate from the Gulf Coast. David’s efforts ensured that agreement between seller and buyer was achieved within the next 24 hours. Also, he was instrumental in securing local tradesmen to address issues that were identified during the buyer’s inspection. When a garage-door problem occurred on the Saturday evening prior to the scheduled closing the following Monday David worked tirelessly to secure the personnel who made the repair that permitted the closing to proceed and occur on-schedule. Personable, dependable and highly capable: David is first-class all the way. I simply could not have asked for a Realtor® whose abilities could have more thoroughly satisfied my expectations.
