Mr. Robins was absolutely persistent, sarcastic and arrogant, wouldnt let me get a word in and basically belittled my attempt to start the process of buying a home. Basically telling me that cash offers are all people want and financing options will never work. To sum it up telling me that basically I'm wasting his time because he has plenty of people that have clash offers waiting to buy homes.
