We planned a move from Washington state to the Austin area. We were looking specifically for an over 55+ option as we were needing to step away from Home and Yard maintenance as we got older. Dave was a very knowledgeable guide to the Sun City area and eventually facilitated a purchase in Round Rock that was a better location for us. He kept us informed on the market while we waited to sell our Seattle home and was very patient with us as we struggled with the challenges of the Covid marketplace. Very experienced with the negotiation process, always on top of our communications, and just the steady hand we needed in a difficult market.

I moved from Wisconsin to Texas in November of 2019. Throughout the process of selling and buying, I learned of differences between the 2 states. Normal practices, expectations and time lines differ from state to state. David had to teach me all sorts of things. He knew the ins and outs and explained them so I could understand the what's and why's about them. He went above and beyond over and over again during the whole transaction. He was savvy enough to use todays technology to make things happen quickly, effortlessly and thoroughly. If I sell and buy again, David will be my first call.
