His advice and knowledge were key to being able to list my property at a price which would allow me to sell very quickly as I was moving out of state. Dave even reduced his already low fee by half to help me keep my closing costs down which was key in being able to close for me. I had another agent initially list my parents' house. I was not happy with her. David came to the rescue. He always listened to how I felt about various situations and explained everything to me. He asked me my opinion about various topics. He was great and I would use him again. I just wish I had a business card from him.
