With more than a decade of experience in the real estate industry, David Riddle Jr. has established himself as one of the most recognized and accomplished REALTORS® in the region. Licensed in Maryland since 2013 and West Virginia since 2021, David has built a reputation for professionalism, strong negotiation skills, exceptional customer service, and an unmatched commitment to his clients. David currently serves clients with Charis Realty Group, after previously working with Coldwell Banker Premier and Carter & Roque Real Estate. Throughout his career, he has successfully closed more than $54 million in sales across 419 total transactions, helping buyers and sellers navigate every stage of the real estate process with confidence. His dedication and results have earned him numerous professional awards and recognitions, including being a nine-time Multi-Million Dollar Award winner, a nine-time Top 10 Producing Agent Award recipient through the Historic Highlands Association of Realtors, and a five-time Top 5 Producing Agent. Early in his career, David was honored as Rookie of the Year by the same association, setting the tone for years of continued success. During his time with Coldwell Banker P.R.E.S., David earned multiple prestigious honors, including two International Presidents Circle Awards, three International Sterling Awards, and three consecutive awards for #1 Agent, Highest Sales Dollar Volume, and Highest Number of Sales. At Carter & Roque Real Estate, he was consistently recognized as one of the company’s top-producing multi-million-dollar agents. In addition to his sales accomplishments, David has been deeply involved in leadership within the real estate industry. He previously served as both Director and President of the Historic Highlands Association of Realtors, where he worked to support fellow REALTORS® and strengthen the local real estate community. David believes that effective marketing is one of the keys to successfully selling homes. He heavily utilizes social media platforms including Facebook, X, and LinkedIn to maximize exposure for his listings. Outside of real estate, David has always been passionate about serving his community and supporting local athletics. He is a former President and Vice President of Business for the Potomac Valley Athletic Association and has also served as Soccer Commissioner, volunteer, and youth baseball coach. Today, he continues his involvement in local sports as the announcer for the Allegany High School Boys Soccer Team. I had a great first experience purchasing a home thanks to David, he did an awesome job answering all my questions and concerns throughout the process. He went the extra mile for me I was very comfortable having David as my realtor. I lived a few hours drive away from where I was looking to purchase so communication was very important and I was always impressed with how promptly he responded. I lost track of how many homes we viewed before finding 'the one'. David even traveled to a few of the houses to answer my questions and take pictures for me on several occasions. David was very accommodating to my situation and I truly could not had asked for a better realtor to accompany me on my home buying journey. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and hardworking.
