David helped the reviewer sell this property

Hands down, best realtor experience ever!

In 28 years of working with realtors, we have never had a better experience than we had with Dave. He owned everything like it was his own house. He was always readily available, quick to respond to voicemail messages, proactive in every way as it related to valuations, next steps, negotiations, etc. He was great with following up and checking in. He had an amazing team of resources related to painters, carpeting, designers, roofers, certifiers, inspectors, HVAC, plumbers, you name it, he had someone to bring in when needed. He is wise with experience and great in personality. Hands down, the best realtor we've ever worked with.
