Mr. Richins went above and beyond for my family and I. We had some unfortunate circumstances take place and in a time of need, Dave stepped in. After an extended time frame of looking, visiting, etc. we finally found the right home. We were scared to make this big decision, but with Dave in our corner, we felt ready and prepared. It was nice to find a realtor that truly cares and continues to be there even after we purchased a home.
