David started helping us locate a home in Newburyport over a year ago (Aug 2016). At the time we were “just looking” but he treated us well, showed us many properties and listened as we discussed our needs. As it turned out, we ended up renting for the last year and a half, so told Dave to put our search on hold, which he DID! He didnt bug us until a few months before our lease was up, at which time he showed us a few key properties, and we decided on the one we are in now! He was terrific thru the whole process! Knowledgable, professional, responsive and made the whole process seemless! I would recommend him to anyone!

David is about the nicest, most pleasant realtor you could work with. He's laid back, not pushy, yet quite knowledgeable about the area I was looking in. He went out of his way to help to show me a place, early in my search, even though he didn't have to and he's as busy as all realtors are. He answered phone calls and emails quickly, even immediately. What I think I liked best about David was that he understood I was making a life-changing decision in buying a house, and that I was pondering a lot of options. He never made me feel stupid when it must have looked as though I didn't know what I was doing. He stayed calm throughout a difficult process, and looked after my interests. When we looked at a house, he left me time to imagine myself in it, instead of always talking up the features of the place. And then he answered the questions I had when I was ready to ask them.
