Dave is great! Used him to buy and sell.

Dave is extremely patient (took us about a year to find a house) and we looked at everything! Once we found “the one” Dave immediately sprang into action and assertively pursued the house and convinced the seller we were the right buyer! Definitely could not have purchased the absolute best house without Dave. He then got us top dollar/multiple offers on the sale of our house. Excellent experience.
