He respected what we wanted and did not pressure us to consider other home styles or to consider a higher loan. Most importantly, David understood that we loved the home we were living in at the time and that we only wanted to move if we found our dream home. He allowed us to find our dream home before listing our home so that we were not forced to settle on something that we did not love. Additionally, David was very knowledgable on basic builder and homeowner details, such as average width of a door frame and distance required from property line for garage construction.
