Dave helped me buy a home after a divorce. I needed a home between the school my children attended and their mother’s house. It needed to be in the right price range. It took a year and a half, with a diversion where he helped me find an apartment, but he helped me find the perfect ‘safe’ place for me and my children. After they graduated from high school I met my current wife. It was time to move on. Dave advised and listed my home. Within 5 days of listing we received a cash offer with no contingencies while traveling abroad. Dave worked with us remotely and with my daughter locally to prepare the house for a move out.
