If I had to describe David in one work, it would be honest. We met David at an home house and ended up buying the house from him. Throughout the entire process, he was so forthcoming of the process and what we could expect. He made himself available anytime we wanted to come back in the house and was punctual for ever meeting. It was truly a pleasure to work with him and I would recommend him for your real estate needs.

David did a great job of understanding and addressing all my needs, while also adding his knowledge and expertise into the process. He did a great job of bringing in a stager to help get the house ready for sale, and an excellent photographer to highlight the best aspects of the house. Everything happened very quickly. Especially helpful was his knowledge of whether or not to remodel certain areas of the house based on his experience with perceived value from a buyer. We were able to sell the house for a good price despite it being the first month of the Coronavirus lockdown, and did so efficiently and with minimum contact.
