We just had our first snow and it couldn't have been more delightful David went above and beyond the call of duty throughout a process that took several months. He made sure all the t's were crossed, and all the i's were dotted. He interfaced with my LA realtor and together they expedited transactions such that we could move in to our new home two days after the old house closed escrow. This is a real estate professional who really gets stuff done. If you're serious about either buying or selling a house, I'd strongly recommend choosing David as your agent.
