Where do I begin this review of David Prusha? First off, Dave is an incredible realtor. He is a true professional in his field and it shows in the way he interacts with his clients. In the years that I have known Dave, he challenges himself with every new client to perform at his best. When I was looking for my retirement home, Dave met with me to create a detailed list of features that I was seeking for my new home. Dave covered every area of the home search. From financial options available, to property location and everything in between, Dave gathered as much information as possible to ensure that he was on track to find the exact type of home I was seeking. Dave is also a professional engineer and went above and beyond his role as a realtor by providing me with sound advice in areas relating to structural design, building codes and requirements which enabled me to look at potential properties with greater scrutiny. He always told me that an informed client is better served to make a sound decision in an important matter like purchasing a home or real estate. In the end, with Dave's help, I found my new home and I could not be happier. I would not hesitate for a moment to seek Dave's services should I plan to purchase real estate in the future or to recommend him to a friend or family member. Dave is awesome! He made sure to always keep everyone, from myself to the mortgage lender, in the loop with everything so that we were all on the same page, all the time! He's super informed and has contacts that have decades of experience in the realty field; I never had a bad interaction with someone he recommended (from mortgage lender to home inspector)! He's super friendly, and one can tell he honestly cares about every client getting exactly what they want and need from the home buying process.
