Excellent!

This was our 2nd time working with Dave, first to build our house 8 years ago and this time to sell it as we were relocating across the country. Dave was still as informative, helpful and quick to respond as he always has been. He worked with us quickly to get our house on the market, gave us great advice on staging and updating (and to not update in some instances) and our house was listed for 10 days and received multiple offers. We sold and closed perfectly aligned with our move out to the West. We would definitely use Dave's services again if we and when we return to Minnesota to live.
