The process of buying a house is in many regards stressful. Having the expertise of David make the process, this time, a real pleasure for us. We lived in Minnesota for 13 years and moved to Texas. After a long search for the right agent, we finally picked Dave to be our agent. He proved to be an excellent choice. What makes him stand out from the others is his "can do" attitude. On a few occasions, he carried out a few minor repairs on our property. This surprised us. Who ever hears about an agent rolling up their sleeves to fix your deck? We had a couple of boards on our deck that were not painted and were holding up the closing process. After making several repeated calls from Texas, I was not able to get the painter out help and was very frustrated. Dave got a can of paint and applied the paint himself. This speaks volumes to his character. We knew we could count on Dave to make it happen. We had other challenges with the sale. Dave pushed hard to clear those challenges. This is what I call "going above and beyond" to take care of your customers. We could not have picked a finer person as our agent. He far surpassed our expectations. Thanks Dave!
