David did a great job up front letting us know what improvements (carpet/paint) would benefit the sales process the most and did a great job listening to us and what we expected and wanted out of the sale. It was a very easy and smooth process from start to finish.

When we did insist on a contract change or other issue, Dave wisely guided us through the issue and the pros/cons of our request to help us make a decision that would put us in the best position to be successful (and not make a mistake). We never doubted they were our agent and working on our behalf. If we wanted to cancel a contract or not stretch as far as the other party wanted us to, we never doubted that our commissioned agent had only our best interest at heart. For example, we could have declined a purchase offer on our home and made it a rental for 1-2 years to wait out the market. We would have been supported in that choice either way.
