Condo sale

David gave great advice re: sale price based on comps yet also being able to sell at a slightly higher price by focusing on us having and extra parking spot compared to other condos in building. We had an offer the day after condo was listed. David also helped us find our new house. I have continued looking at new listings and have yet to see a home better suited to our needs than the one David found for us. We are thoroughly pleased with our experience
