David was so great to work with during my entire house-selling process. He’s easy to communicate with, super knowledgeable about the industry, and had my back during every step of the way, from staging and posting the house on the market, to negotiating a higher price above the listing rate, and even helping me with vendors for the repairs I needed to make. I also appreciate how he checked in with me on things to keep me on top of the stuff I needed to do on my end (and let me vent a little when I got frustrated). He’s also very fair to talk to about any questions, fears, or concerns I had regarding any part of the process and helped me come to the best decision for ME. I really appreciate all his hard work, knowledge, compassion, and passion for what he does. Highly recommend anyone looking to sell or buy real estate to work with him!
