Beyond expectations!!

David is an awesome real estate agent! I can't imagine having a more supportive, better informed, hard working agent. It's been a long time since I've bought a house. On top of that I was doing this during the later stages of the pandemic, in a challenging real estate market for buyers. It took us almost 4 months to find the house I eventually bought. We looked all over the Metro Detroit area, put in multiple offers, dealt with surly sellers and participated in long, often delicate negotiations to find what I wanted. Through it all David was knowledgable about his job and the areas we looked in, he was always gracious and professional with everyone involved and he made sure I was an informed and comfortable as a buyer. The icing on the cake is that David is also a lawyer, so he brings that education and experience to the table when advising his clients. I can absolutely recommend him!
