David knows the market and listened to my needs so he didn't waste my time showing me homes that wouldn't work for me. Things were moving quickly and he guided me on how to balancing making offers, so I wouldn't lose out, or pay too much. He was patient and very helpful with financing ideas and gently offered his input about possible pros and cons of each property. Everything went smoothly and I would definitely recommend David.
