Dave gets the job done (buying or selling) and done fast. Responsive, knowledgeable and connected. Can't ask for more than that in a realtor.

My requirement for a realtor was someone who would answer my questions, educate me about the home buying process, and listen to my wish list. Dave did all that in spades. For the first 2 weeks, he sent me tons of listings to review, based on my requirements. Then we went house viewing. After about 10 properties, he understood my needs almost better than I did. The last 2 times we went out, all the properties we viewed were great, it was just a question of deciding which I liked better. The most telling aspect of the story is, after informing me that he would not be with me for the final walkthrough or closing due to a family death in CA( he made sure someone from the agency would be his backuo), he still managed to appear, even though he only got off a plane from LA at 10 PM the night before. I have cant remember the last time I have been as impressed with a person's integrity, honesty, and empathy as Dave orlick. He takes special interest in first time home buyers. If you are a first time buyer in his territory, you couldn't be better served.
