David is an outstanding realtor. He goes beyond to ensure our interests are met and we have a voice. Excellent negotiator, but above all, he is caring and dedicated to finding the home of your dreams. He actively listens, and he gives us space when making the decision to place an offer and purchase a home. His communication is consistent and transparent, and he helped us with the purchase of our first and now second home. The way David demonstrated his commitment and passion of helping us purchase our new home is by bridging the gap between all of the involved stakeholders such as loan officer, title agency, seller's agent to ensure representation of our interests at the negotiation table.
