We have worked with Dave in the past, originally meeting him just by chance at a home showing. Over the past couple years, that meeting turned into a long term professional relationship that has included a home refi, assistance via referral for an out of state home purchase & personally finding us better financing when we found ourselves in a situation with a predatory lender (in another state no less!), that saved our purchase without even effecting the original closing date! The most recent transaction was with the sale of our California mountain home & we were first time sellers.
