Buying and selling with Dave Novak was a great experience! He delivered better than expected results on the buy and sell side. I was able to walk away with more money in my pocket than initially calculated with his assistance and knowledge! Not only does Dave know real estate in and out with the relationships within, he knows mortgage financing and home improvement. Having a realtor that can walk into a house with you and say yay or nay without spending the money on inspection and release of earnest money is huge, or on the sale side advising you correctly on inspection items to work through demands accordingly AND having a team of qualified & affordable contractors on deck to help! I could not ask for a better realtor! I could not have sold and bought a home in 30 days without Dave!
