We were referred to David by my parents, who purchased a home in KY from out of state and were impressed with their experience. We were nervous about selling our home, as it needed quite a bit of work, but David put us at ease right away. He is very knowledgeable and was confident that we would be able to sell the house quickly. He backed that up with action - we were under contract in just over 2 weeks after listing, and when our contract fell through, he had another buyer lined up immediately.
