He was very thorough in explaining every step of the process before it even happened. Any time we had a question, we just picked up the phone and called him. He was very easy to talk to. He has gone above and beyond our expectations. We are moving out-of-state and he researched agents in the state we are moving to and gave us great advice. Highly recommended. David was very attentive to our needs. My girlfriend and I were first time homebuyers and were looking around for a house that would fit both of our needs. We first met David about 3 years ago and we can finally say we are now proud owners of our first home. David was very patient and never pressured us. He also gave us some great advice. While it took us 3 years to find the perfect house for us, David managed to find a perfect home for my girlfriend's parents, too. If we ever had any questions, David always made himself readily available to answer them every step of the way.

We are relocating from the San Francisco area to the Los Angeles area for my job. We didn't make it easy on David. We started looking at potential listings with an associate of his, but I had to be in the area on a business trip right as that associate had to be out of town herself. Thus, David got drafted into helping us at the last minute. We also were keeping the scope of the search fairly restricted. It has to be within five miles of the new workplace, single story, within a specific budget to be able to make an all cash offer, and able to close in a tight time frame. On top of that, we were only going to be in the area a week, and I would be unavailable during working hours. However, David jumped in enthusiastically, and we found a home meeting all of our criteria in just under a week, within our budget, and we were able to make a deal at under the asking price in this current market. He further guided the closing process to close within our necessary time frame. We move in this Friday, and we are very grateful for all of David's hard work.

I would recommend David to anyone. He is polite and courteous, and is also extremely competent in the workings of the real estate world. Because he is also a licensed contractor he was able to raise issues that someone without that training may not have noticed. He helped us avoid a potential nightmare, even though it meant not closing as soon as we might have done. David has always been extremely responsive when we had questions and has explained things with patience. He can be counted on to put the client first always.
