This was my second time working with David and his team. He sold my house a couple of years ago and was the first person that I thought to reach out to when the time was right for my family to look at buying a new house. David is dedicated to doing what's best for his customers and there was never a moment where it felt like we were trying to be persuaded to do anything that would be more for his benefit than ours. His team were responsive to all of our questions, requests to see houses, and extremely helpful working through negotiations, inspections, and keeping things on track for an on-time closing (even with COVID-19 restrictions starting to go into effect right at the time of our buying). I would, without any hesitation, recommend David and his team to anyone looking to buy OR sell their home. I've worked with other realtors in the past and David is really special!
