I have worked with David now on both buying and selling of properties. He is the best realtor EVER!! Weather you are a first time home owner or an experienced one. Following David's suggestions on getting my house ready for market made a huge difference in the sale of my house during Covid, and the several offers I had to choose from. All of which were above asking price.

Let me share with you my experience in working with David as my Agent. David Nelson was the absolute BEST part of our entire purchasing process (besides getting our dream house!!). I have used David and his team to buy 2 houses and sell 2 houses. The team is the best I have EVER worked it. They help with answering question (In a timely manner), offer up suggestions and can give you referrals if you need a company to do work on your place after inspection.
