My first time home buying experience could not have been better! That is all due to the fantastic work of Dave! Going into buying a house for me was very overwhelming to wrap my head around. However, as soon as I met with Dave and talked through what I was needing, I felt immediately better about the whole situation. He handled all the confusing "house buying" stuff and explained everything I needed to know in a very easy to understand way. PLUS we found my house for under my budget AND during a huge sellers market! I would highly recommend Dave for any of your home buying OR selling situations!
