I met Dave through Zillow. Didn't know him from Adam. As soon as we connected I knew he would do a great job! He took time and didn't promise the moon. He was honest about the houses we visited. He was able to connect us with someone who was in the middle of remodeling a house that they were going to sell. Told Dave what I was looking for, and he came up with a number of properties fitting my needs in different sized and areas. He understood my needs and price range. When we decided which one fit best, he immediately placed our offer. After acceptance, Dave went over the inspection report with me item by item. Seller had issues with the estate, and Dave offered extensions as we had discussed. He kept me informed fully on everything, with updates and conversations. Dave joined me in the pre-close walk through and closing. I have only purchased 5 home in my life, and all my agents were knowledgable and professional, but working with Dave was the absolute best home buying experience I have had. This guy is the best 100% he stuck it out with myself and my fiancé through every house we attempted to buy.
