The Best of the Best
David Moorhead exceeded my expectations in every way possible. We purchased a beach home in Litchfield by the Sea but live in North Carolina. David served as my trusted eyes and ears during the entire process - from the offer letter until the close date. He recommended excellent vendors and provided me with contacts and numbers for everything I would need, including the home management company, utilities, and rental companies. I found David by chance and would recommend him wholeheatedly. His responsiveness, care, and assistance during this process was second to none. I am extremely thankful to him for his fairness, honesty, and diligence. I could not have asked for anything more in a realtor, who I now consider a friend.
