I would recommend David to anybody that’s trying to close a deal in a timely manner, he’s always on it like a lion hunting for food. David’s negotiation skills, his drive, passion, knowledge of the city of Chicago, and his overall “go getter” attitude will give you piece of mind when selling/buying a home. David also has muiltiple contacts with people he trusts to help throughout the entire home buying process and most of these people have dealt with a string of scenarios that makes them very knowledgeable of the business. One thing a respect most about David is the fact that he’s not going to sugar coat anything, if there’s a home out there that does not fit your needs he will not lie just to get a sale, he will tell you to move along, (this is coming from a guy that’s rejected at least 20 houses with his wife and David before actually purchasing a home). If you want quality work, believe me folks their is no other guy!!

David was very helpful in marketing to staging the house and throughout the sale process. David also, provides market updates as we listed our house to keep us informed of pricing and housing demands.
