David was very knowledgable about the area and homes. He selected homes to show us that ecceded our expectations. In fact David located a home which my wife called her "dream home." David was able negotiate a fair price, then walked us through the process, and fully explained what to expect. David was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him.
