I have nothing but great things to say about David and how he runs his business. He not only knows Brevard but he went above and beyond for any property that I showed interest in - and I was picky! He acts in good faith and communicates extremely well which is hard to find nowadays. He answered questions for me before they came up - his experience is great! He was a perfect person to represent a buyer in terms of the back end of deals and escrow management - ended up saving me over 10k in closing costs!
