David McIntire is the BEST realtor! David was patient and understood when I changed my mind many times. He listened to our long list of needs (wants) and was determined to find us the perfect home. He was always available...evenings, weekends, or last minute. He took time making sure we understood all of the process throughout and has great negotiating skills! David hands down has the best communication and attentiveness, and I’m quite sure is one of the smartest people I know. I don't know how I would have gotten through the home selling process without David!
