David was incredibly knowledgeable and does his homework on both the advantages and disadvantages of

his listing. He put in hours of research and marketing and more than earned his fee when he produced the buyer for this unloved lot. He has vision, charisma, an outstanding work ethic and he is incredibly responsive. He is also of unfailing good cheer and a lot of fun to work with. I took him on an unsolicited letter and follow-up phone but I couldn’t have been better served if God had sent him (which maybe He did?)
